Hi, my name is Faraz. I am a Website Pricing Analyst at Rate Sync. My role involves receiving rates from dealers, reformatting them, and uploading them onto their websites.

How long have you been with Rate Sync, and what drew you to join?

 I’ve been with Rate Sync for nearly two months. I joined because I am passionate about data. This role allows me to constantly work with data and improve my skills.

Describe a typical workday for you at Rate Sync. 

On a regular day, I receive rates from dealers, reformat them, and upload them to our customers’ systems. I also check if previous rates are up to date.

What do you enjoy most about working in rate management and syncing? 

I enjoy the challenge of ensuring accuracy and the satisfaction of seeing our clients benefit from our work, which provides them with up-to-date and precise rates.

How do you ensure the rates are accurate and up to date for our clients?

 To ensure the rates are accurate and up to date, I manually check for errors during reformatting. After uploading, I regularly verify the rates’ validity by reaching out to dealers.

What’s one thing you wish people knew about our rate synchronisation service? 

Our rate synchronisation service streamlines the pricing management process for our clients, significantly reducing the time and effort they need to invest. This allows them to focus on other critical aspects of their business. By saving time and minimising human error, Rate Sync ensures consistency and accuracy in pricing information. Our service helps brokers avoid discrepancies and maintain competitive offers with real-time, precise updates.

Do you have a favourite car or vehicle brand that you often recommend? 

I would recommend Toyota since I drive a Toyota, and it is a very reliable car brand.

If you could drive any car in the world, what would it be? 

I would like to drive a Lamborghini Urus for its performance and appearance.

What’s a fun fact about you that most people might not know? 

A fun fact about me is that I like to sketch, and I mostly draw anime characters from the series I have watched.

The best part of working with the Rate Sync team is the friendly and supportive atmosphere, where everyone looks out for each other and makes the work environment enjoyable.

Describe a memorable project or moment with the team that stands out. 

The company gives us opportunities to learn from different companies across the country. One great example is when the team went to Willow Leasing in Doncaster to learn new practices for formatting rates.
